System Structure & Materials

The raised access floor panel consists of a welded steel shell with a cement-filled core.
The top plate is manufactured from rigid cold-rolled steel, while the bottom plate uses deep-drawn steel for structural integrity.

The panel surface undergoes phosphating treatment followed by epoxy powder coating.
High-strength foamed cement is used as the core material, forming a stable and durable panel structure suitable for technical environments.

  • Design load is tested using CISCA Concentrated Load test method on actual understructure instead of steel blocks. Design load is determined by taking the lesser value of ultimate load divided by two or the point at which permanent damage begins to occur (yield point).
  • Safety factor is the multiple of Design load to the Ultimate Load. International standards and bonaway recommend’ a minium of 2.
Installation & System Compatibility

The system is designed for installation with standard stringer and pedestal systems.
Panel height and layout can be adjusted according to underfloor service requirements.

The raised floor is compatible with common underfloor cable management and air distribution systems used in data centers and technical rooms.
